BSTI’s corporate offices and technology education center are located in the Brady Sullivan Plaza at 1000 Elm Street in the heart of downtown Manchester, NH. We’re easy to get to, and you can park for free in the adjoining parking garage.

From north of Manchester

1. Follow I-93 south to I-293
2. Follow I-293 south to exit 6 – Amoskeag St. (about 4.8 miles)
3. Bear right and cross the Amoskeag Bridge toward Elm Street
4. Turn right onto Elm Street
5. Continue through several lights past Bridge Street (about 0.7 miles)
6. Pass the Brady Sullivan Plaza on the right
7. Turn right onto Mechanic Street
8. Take the first right onto Plaza Drive

1. Follow I-95 south through Portsmouth, New Hampshire
2. Continue on I-95 south to exit 2
3. Turn onto Route 101 west

1. Follow Route 101 west to I-93 north (about 31.2 miles)
2. Bear right onto I-93 north toward Concord
3. Take exit 8 – Wellington Road (about 0.5 miles)
4. Bear right toward Bridge Street
5. Follow Bridge Street downtown to Elm Street (about 1.8 miles)
6. Turn left onto Elm Street to the Brady Sullivan Plaza (about 0.2 miles)
7. Turn right onto Mechanic Street
8. Take the first right onto Plaza Drive
9. Turn left into the Brady Sullivan Parking Garage

6. Follow Canal Street to Mechanic Street (about 0.4 miles)
7. Turn right onto Mechanic Street
8. Turn left onto Plaza Drive
9. Turn left into the Brady Sullivan Parking Garage

2. Take the skywalk into the mall
3. Walk just past the Post Office and turn right into the hallway
4. Follow the hallway to the left - BSTI classrooms are on the left and offices are on the right
